   In each contest certain types of planes dominated the field of 1/2A combat. "George, as one of these planes, could turn and maneuver better than older 1/2A Combats like the Arrowhead and better than the other newer makes of planes.

   "George has changed little from its original concept of design‑only alterations were to thrust‑line adjustments and to different wood sizes for more strength. "George" will fly well with a Babe Bee .049, but a Golden Bee .049 is recommended for contest use since the Golden Bee will operate inverted‑ This plane is not recommended for a first Control Line project; it is not a trainer, but if you want a maneuverable yet not so sensitive Combat, or just a Stunt plane, then George should meet the requirements.
