THE CHALLENGER, as designed and developed by premier Canadian modeler Ron Higgs, can and does challenge any other competition Outdoor Hand Launch Glider (OHLG). In this article we will give construction tips, trim adjustments for one particular style of launch, some solutions to trimming problems, and Craig will show how to get more power and consistency on the launch. This is not a beginner's model, but any modeler with a little experience should be able to handle it. Try it; no OHLG is that tough!
